Wittelsbacher Schloss Friedberg
In the 18th century, in Friedberg next to the watchmaking for a short time another branch of industry developed: Elector Maximilian III. In 1754, Joseph of Bavaria had a manufactory for faience set up in the rooms of the Friedberg Castle - for pottery with white opaque glaze.
